A GREAT PLACE TO HOST YOUR EVENT ​​
Bend Golf Club is a great place to hold your meeting, wedding, or event. While most of our facilities and services are private and for the exclusive use of our members and their guests, our banquet and meeting facilities are available for non-member events as well. Whether you are looking to host a formal sit-down dinner, a cocktail party, or a casual buffet, our space is flexible to your needs. Party essentials such as tables, chairs, linens, and bar setup are all included with your rental so planning is a breeze.


Our facilities can accommodate a full range of meeting and event needs.
  • The Quail Room conference space holds up to 20 people for private dining, executive meetings, training, or planning sessions.
  • The Pines Room is ideal for your group's meetings or banquets and can accommodate up to 100 people, depending on the type of event set up.
  • The Cascade Room is a more formal environment for your banquet or special event and can accommodate up to 150 people, depending on the type of event set up.
  • Combined, the Cascade and Pines rooms can accommodate up to 200 people.
  • Our outdoor ceremony site is available for wedding ceremonies or picnic-style outdoor events.
