We offer a turnkey venue that includes decorations, catering, and a festive atmosphere. We can accommodate groups as small as 15 or as large as 300. Luncheons, brunches, dinners, and cocktail parties all work well in our spaces. Book early for the best availability. December dates tend to book up to a year in advance.

Our private venue provides an exceptional event experience, and gives you a number of both indoor and outdoor options to hold your meeting. We host a wide variety of events, including corporate office parties, conference lunches or dinners, strategy retreats, employee motivational meetings, “thank you” dinners, retirement events, and fundraisers – just to name a few.
We have a variety of spaces and amenities to meet your needs, and offer discounts to weekly and monthly meetings.

MENU SELECTIONWe offer both buffet and plated options and can host groups of various sizes.
To ensure the best execution of your event, we kindly request that all menu selections be made 30 days prior to the scheduled functions. Please note that Bend Golf Club reserves the right to select a menu for your group should your selections not be made within seven days of the scheduled functions.
* All food and alcoholic beverages consumed on property must be purchased through Bend Golf Club. Consideration is made for hosted beer, wine, and wedding cakes with additional charges.
* There is a one-time $250 fee for our chefs to write custom menus. Simple menu changes that include our normal offerings will not be part of this fee. You will be responsible for this charge upon the booking of your event.
Special Dietary Information
We can accommodate most dietary needs and restrictions including gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes with advanced notice. Please share information pertaining to the dietary needs of your attendees with your event services manager (ESM) to ensure a safe and enjoyable time at Bend Golf Club. Special orders not declared on the guaranteed banquet event order (BEO) will be served based on availability on a first-come, first-served basis as they are prepared.
OTHER SERVICESMusic and Entertainment
Bend Golf Club has relationships with all of the area's DJs and booking agencies. We can help you to secure the best musical entertainment the area has to offer. Please contact your ESM for further information.
Use of the golf course as well as other areas around the property for photography must be authorized by your ESM in advance.
For all outdoor event locations, we ask for inclement weather relocation to be decided upon at least eight hours prior to the event start. Decisions must be communicated to your event services manager. If a decision has not been made by 11 a.m. for an evening event, then your ESM will confer with the food and beverage department to make a decision that is best for a successful event. Additional charges will apply for last-minute setup and venue changes.
Minimums & Guarantees Guarantees
A final attendance figure for all food and beverage events must be specified 72 business hours in advance. Bend Golf Club will by request set functions for 5% above the guaranteed attendance. There will be an additional charge for events with preset food for the overset. In addition, any food items above the guarantee and overset will be charged at 1.5 times the event menu contract price.
* Catered food events requested within the 72 hours prior to your event will be charged at 1.5 times the menu pricing and will be based on availability.
Food and beverage menus require a minimum number of guests. In the event that the number in your party does not meet the minimum, a charge equal to the difference will be made at the menu price. Saturday events booked June through September require a $4,000 minimum food and beverage purchase.
